Rentals rates include all taxes and fees. Refundable security deposit is only additional payment required.
Cancellations (September-May): (less $50 Process Fee)
Within 50 days of stay: 100% refund. Within 30 days of stay: 50% refund. Within 15 days of stay: 15% refund. Within 10 days of stay: 10% refund.
Cancellations (June-August): Cancellations of 60 days or more before the date of arrival will receive full refunds, less a $50.00 Processing Fee.
Cancellations of 59 days or less no refunds unless property is rented again. If property is re-rented, then payment will be refunded to canceling individual(s), less a $50 processing fee.
