Sleeps: 1014th century thatched stone cottage in a tiny hamlet, surrounded by farmland and woodland, a short walk from the beautiful Etel estuary in the Morbihan, Brittany, just a few miles from the coast. The perfect base for a self-catering family holiday, the cottage comfortably sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Downstairs the cottage has a kitchen, open plan living area (dining area and sitting room with log-burning stove), a bathroom (shower in bath), twin bedroom, and double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with another twin room leading off it (and this also has a cot in it). The cottage has all the facilities you need (cooker, coffee machine, washing machine etc.) but is fairly rustic (ie we haven't done it up - it is not smart or luxurious. But it is real, and lovely!). It has a large garden although this is not enclosed. Local dogs and chickens wander in and out, which we love but might not suit everyone.
