Both Falling Creek Cottage (3br) and the Boathouse (studio) offer spectacular sunset views over the Malaspina Strait, easy ocean access plus all the comforts of home. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due two weeks before your arrival date. If the reservation is made within one month of arrival, payment in full may be required.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation up to one month before arrival, a full refund will be given; cancellation within one month of arrival may result in a charge of one night's stay or forfeiture of deposit or full reservation amount. Reservations for the months of July and August require a 2-month (60-day) advance notice of cancellation to be eligible for a full refund.
