Stones-Throw Cottage is a fully contained, 2 bedroom home of 1000 square feet. Bright, southwestern hues on hand-painted walls,
original artworks throughout, and natural wood flooring accent the handmade and hand-painted furniture. The sun deck at your private entrance leads directly into the garden, offering unencumbered views of the teahouse and pond. A second private deck offers chairs and a small table for outdoor meals. Parking space is provided at your doorstep in front of the garden entrance gate.
Unwind in our Japanese tea house, overlooking the koi pond on our garden grounds. A perfect place to read, talk or reflect. A private sun deck at your front door ~ A hot tub under the stars. A larger deck on the garden grounds with a water garden. Relax, be nurtured and disconnect. Stones-throw Cottage B&B features bright, Southwestern hues on hand-painted walls, with wood floors and original artworks throughout. The living area features a gas fireplace with stone hearth, a large library, telephone, stereo/CD player, Cable TV/VCR/DVD and a selection of movies. Now featuring WIRELESS access for your laptop. Sleep well in our large Queen room, featuring a hand-built sleigh bed and down duvet. Separate bathroom entrance complete with tub and shower. Our Twin room features two comfortable twin beds, making the cottage a relaxing stay for up to four guests. A Sofa bed in living area is also available. Help yourself to complimentary "Continental" breakfasts each day including croissants, preserves, fruit, and tea or coffee ~ self-served for your convenience and desire ~ in your own fully-equipped kitchen with two dining areas, bouquets from the garden and fresh herbs. Complimentary wine on arrival. Small resident dog, Rumi Stones-Throw Cottage is an adult-oriented, non-smoking household. (Parents, please note the pond on the property) The cottage is completely self contained with private entrances and easy access parking next to the front deck. Your hosts, Karen Cain & Verne Smith, have a home on the property adjoining the cottage and will welcome you to ensure you have everything you need for a rejuvenating, restful holiday.
