This 2 BR Holiday Rental Travel House like cottage, that fronts Lake Duhamel, can accommodate seven guests comfortably. There are two spacious bedrooms and a naturally lighted open concept living room, dinning room, kitchen and vestibule, as well as both a bathroom and a washroom. From the dinning room, the patio door gives you access to a granite patio and to the yard bordering the lake. The spacious yard is flat and ideal for children games and play. The yard also has a picnic table and garden furniture to enjoy those summer days. The yard is also equipped with an outdoor fireplace to warm the cool evenings by the lake. The dock will ease getting in and out of the water crafts available for your enjoyment of Lake Duhamel. While in winter the lake will offer a beautiful setting for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

On the ground floor, you will discover a naturally lighted open concept living room, dinning room, kitchen and vestibule. From these well lighted rooms, enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. The living room has two love seats that convert into two single beds, as well as popular electronic components. For those rainy days, a 32 inch Television with satellite dish (with Super Écran) and DVD are also included for your enjoyment. A sound system with a CD player can also be found for your listening pleasure. Included in the ground floor washroom (sink and toilet) is a full size washer and dryer. For your convenience, a fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances to make your stay enjoyable, including stove, refrigerator, a microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with dishes, glasses and utensils for eight, as well as a good assortment of pots and pans.

The second floor includes two private bedrooms and a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed
and furnishing, as well as a walk-in closet. A second television and VHF are included in the master bedroom, ideal for children viewing. From the master bedroom, you will be able to access the balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed as a lower unit and a single bed as the upper unit. The bathroom includes as spacious shower, sink and toilet. The bed linen and towels are included.
