This new two story 2,700 sq. ft. house built in 1996 has six large bedrooms and three full baths. On the main floor there are three bedrooms, two with King-size beds and one with a bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and single on the top.
The open style layout of the dining room, reading room, large gourmet kitchen and living room with a large rustic fireplace, all overlook the beach. Built in a post and beam style with lots of windows, the main living areas have 10 – 14ft. Ceilings. The interior walls have been painted by Salt Spring Island artist Lillian Rumi. This level is entirely wheelchair accessible. On the second floor are three bedrooms, laundry facilities and a full bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub that overlooks the sea. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private deck that overlooks the ocean. The other two rooms on the top floor have a double and a single bed, and a queen and a single bed.
There is satellite TV, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is stocked with substantial cook-wear, cutlery, and dishes for groups up to 20 people. The bedrooms are supplied with linens, and towels (bath, hand and face) are also supplied for each guest.
