Terms & Conditions

Tourist tax and registration: - not included in the price of the apartment. It is paid separately in the amount of 5,00 kunas per an adult from 1 July to 31 August, and 4,00 kunas in the other part of the year.  Children from 12 to 18 years pay 50% less.

Reservation: - reserving the apartment includes paying 25% of the price as an advance; the rest of the price is paid at the arrival, before using the apartment.
