Terms and Conditions:

  • Rates are quoted in US Dollars per cottage.
  • Maximum of 4 adults per cottage.
  • Children under 12 accompanied by an adult – no charge.
  • Discounted rates for CARICOM residents.
  • Deposit is required for confirmation.
  • Smoking not permitted inside the cottages.
  • Deposit 25% on length of stay. Bookings will only be held if deposits are sent and we are in receipt of deposit
  • within 21 days of reservation. (Deposits are not refundable.)
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • Payment accepted - PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal), Western Union, Money Order & Bank Transfer.
