The Estate: On 7000 square meters, the two station houses are set apart from each other in a beautifully quiet and green setting. Almost a small park, the garden is planted with fruit and acacia trees and has a pond, an antique well and a little brook, which serves as a border of the grounds. The area is for the most part level and fenced, making it ideal for children. The house which is for rent (approx. 140 square meters) for a maximum of 8 people has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living-dining-room with an open kitchen. It opens directly onto a terrace of 40 square meters. The second house is occupied by the French caretaker family who lives there all year round and is pleased to take care of the guests.
The Ground Floor: Two bedrooms, a big combination of kitchen and living room with a large dining table, a bath with bathtub and the hallway together make up for 70 square meters of the total space. Two people can sleep in each bedroom, one has a double bed (140x200), the other two single beds (90x200 each). All rooms have big windows with antique wooden doors. The ground floor has two separate entrances.
The Second Floor: Two big bedrooms that are accessed via a spiral staircase. Each room (approx. 20 sq.m.) has a double bed (160x200), seating, dining table, ceiling fan, and its own bathroom with shower. All rooms can be heated. The rooms are connected by a small hallway. Each bathroom can be accessed directly from the respective bedroom.
Furnishings: All rooms are fully furnished, partly with authentic pieces. All bathrooms have windows. All rooms can be heated. The kitchen is fully fitted with a professional gas stove, a big refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-machine, plates, pots and cutlery. Washing machine, satellite TV, stereo and garden furniture are available and may be used free of charge. If so desired, a children´s bed can be set up. Parking right next to the house. Please bring your own sheets, covers and towels.
