Description

This large three bedroom private house is located in the gated community of Playacar Phase 2. It\'s about a 25 minute walk to reach 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife and a 20 minute walk to reach the beach. It\'s furnished in a classic style and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and access to a bathroom with bath tub. The second bedroom has a full size bed and access to a bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The house has three balconies and a large terrace where you can relax in the afternoons.

The dining room area has seating for six people and the living room area features a satellite flat screen TV with DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. As a guest you also have access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard including a large common pool with a sectioned off kid\'s pool. In addition, you can use the lounge chairs and have your afternoon snack under the thatched roof in the common area. This is the perfect vacation rental for a big family.

Terms & Conditions

Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. (Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply).

Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.

Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.

Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.

Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.
