Description

This contemporary two-bedroom condo is located on the ground floor in the condo development Aqua Terra, situated only five blocks from the beach and three blocks from 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and TV while the second bedroom has two twin-size beds.

The living room area accommodates four persons has a satellite 32' flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The outdoor terrace overlooks the pool area.

Terms & Conditions

Check-in time: 3:00 PM.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
(Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply)

Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.

Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.

Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.

Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.
