Description

This two bedroom penthouse is located on the third floor in the small condo development Alba, which is situated just 3 blocks from the popular Mamitas Beach and 1 and a half block from 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. The cozy outdoor deck has a thatched roof and is complete with outdoor furniture. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. The living room area has a satellite TV with DVD/CD player and a sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two adults.

Free phone calls to landlines in the US, Canada and some European countries are complimentary. The kitchen is small but fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove-top, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water.

Terms & Conditions

Deposits:
We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.

Security deposit:
You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.

Cancellations and refunds:
If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
