Description

This traditional two bedroom penthouse sleeps up to six persons. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath and the second bedroom a queen size bed and access to a private bathroom. The sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates two adults. There is a 26\' flat screen satellite TV and DVD/CD player in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The dining area has seating for six persons. The private rooftop terrace is complete with a Jacuzzi, outdoor dining area for six people, lounge chairs, gas/charcoal grill and outdoor shower & bathroom.

This penthouse is located within Playa Kaan - a gated development with 24/7 security on site as well as a swimming pool, tropical garden area, waterfall and sun deck. Playa Kaan is located right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, only 3½ blocks from the beach and 1½ blocks from the famous 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife.

It\'s the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer at a short walking distance.

Terms & Conditions

Deposits:
We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.

Security deposit:
You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.

Cancellations and refunds:
If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Additional Rate details

7/8/2010 to 8/15/2010: $195.00 nightly, $1,185.00 Weekly.

8/16/2010 to 12/14/2010: $170.00 nightly, $1,040.00 Weekly.

12/15/2010 to 1/7/2011: $275.00 nightly, $1,670.00 Weekly.

1/8/2011 to 4/13/2011: $220.00 nightly, $1,335.00 Weekly.

Note: Rates are subject to change without notice. Pricing excludes taxes, additional options or fees.

4/14/2011 to 4/24/2011: $250.00 nightly, $1,500.00 Weekly.
