Description

This Mexican style two bedroom, penthouse sleeps four persons. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom and the second bedroom has two twin size beds and access to a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The dining area has seating for four persons. There are a 26” TV and DVD/CD player in the living room and another 20” plasma TV in the master bedroom. The private rooftop terrace is complete with a Jacuzzi, outdoor dining area with room for six people, lounge chairs, gas/charcoal grill and outdoor shower & bathroom.

This penthouse is located within Playa Kaan - a gated development with 24/7 security on site as well as a swimming pool, tropical garden area, waterfall and sun deck. Playa Kaan is located right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, only 3 ½ blocks from the beach and 1 ½ blocks from the famous 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. It’s the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer at a short walking distance.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
(Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply)

Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other

50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days

at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.

Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be

handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.

Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund

(minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund

(minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of

arrival.

Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to

read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.

Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free

vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car

rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival.
