The condo has full view of the golf course and it is surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Located next door to the Seven Coves Marina near the end of Seven Coves Rd. in Willis. We are 7 miles north of Conroe and 45 miles north of Houston
I-45 north to Exit 92 (Seven Coves Rd.) Turn left (west) at light. Go straight, 6.5 miles to Kingston Cove Ln. Turn left on Kingston Cove Ln. Come straight ahead 1 mile to Resort Attractions/Southern Empress entrance. Turn left into entrance and find our units in the last two buildings (blue/green in color) on the left.
