Description

The Villas are nestled in a beautifully landscaped garden of tropical plants and flowers. The only thing separating you and the warm turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea is the large kidney-shaped fresh water swimming pool, and large multi-leveled patio, complete with tiki huts, tables and chaise lounges, where you can wile away the hours, basking in the sun, or snorkel the marine-life filled waters of the inviting Caribbean!

The Villas all have their own private courtyards, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, both with full baths, and two private patios facing the western Caribbean for you to enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

All units have well appointed kitchens, 2 televisions with cable, VCR/DVD, Sound System, large propane BBQ, washer and dryer and are beautifully furnished.

Additional Rate details

  • Weekly fee is for seven nights accommodation
  • There is a standard 15% service charge on all villa rentals (not included in the above rates). All monies are quoted in U.S. dollars.
  • 30% deposit in the form of a check or money order is required upon booking.
  • Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date, also by check or money order.
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full deposit refund, less 10%.
  • Extra night(s) fee negotiable

Above rates include:

  • Daily Maid Service
  • First mornings breakfast in fridge when you arrive
  • All toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish detergents, facial and bath soaps, coffee filters and basic spices.
