Taxes: Add 9% tax.
Deposit: A 50% deposit payment is required to guarantee reservation. Minimum booking 4 nights.
Balance Payment: Full balance payment is to be made 30 days prior to arrival.
During the Christmas/New Year's week (Dec 19-Jan 3) full balance is due by Oct 31st.
