This is a small condo complex, with just 18 units, and Sunset Suite is on the first floor, closest to the beach, pool and pool gazebo. The complex is gated and secure, and beach access is controlled from a key pad gate (no keys to fumble with). You will appreciate the security as you open up the entire front of your condo to see the gorgeous ocean and watch the magnificent sunsets.
The condo is a spacious 1200 square feet and has recently been completely remodeled, with custom mahogany cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. You have a private laundry room as well, and secure parking.
Some of the most popular restaurants on the island are in walking distance (Sand Castle on the Beach, Mahogany\'s, MoTown, Turtle\'s Deli (lunch only), West End Grill) while others are just a short drive (Sunset Grill, Coconuts, Rhythms, Sand Bar, Villa Morales, and the Domino Club, home of the famous beer drinking pigs). Experience the slow pace that Frederiksted offers and get completely back to nature in this lovely, private and secure condo.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations more than 45 days before your scheduled arrival, 100% of the payment received so far will be refunded to you. For cancellations within 45 days of your scheduled arrival, no refunds will be made, unless we are able to re-book the condo for the time you reserved it.
Refunds due to reductions in the total headcount originally booked will only be considered on a case-by-case basis when requested more than 45 days before your arrival. There are no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures, or no-shows within an arriving guest group.
We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cover your costs in the event you are forced to cancel.
Damage Deposits:
Damage deposits are refunded within 45 to 60 days of your departure, provided there is no breakage, damage, missing items, or extraordinary clean up. All normal utilities are included in the rental price. You agree to pay the cleaning or replacement costs for all damages which may occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear.
