The large historic town of Chateaubriant is only 6km and has a Wednesday market, Chateau and huge variety of shops, restaurants, bars and leisure activities including large indoor swimming pool. Nestling in a quiet hamlet, this attractive stone built cottage has been tastefully renovated, incorporating beamed ceilings and log burner. The self catering accommodation sleeps four to five persons. There is a policy of no smoking indoors. The log cabin is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. There is ample parking space and it is set in beautiful surroundings. The self catering accommodation is for two persons only and is unsuitable for children. There is a policy of no smoking indoors.
A deposit of £100 (125euros) is required per booking, the balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. On the day of arrival a 'good housekeeping' cash deposit of £110 (€140) per gite is required per booking, this will be refunded on day of departure less any costs (if any) incurred.
Prices include fuel and power, linen and towels.
