WATERSTONE COTTAGE is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath private residence located in Western North Carolina on nearly three wooded acres of beautiful hemlock, hardwoods and mountain laurel on Mt. Pisgah, with a serene pond in the back yard and a swiftly flowing creek across the road.
Behind the house is a private fishing pond edged by beautiful trees and adjacent to a picnic shelter with an outdoor fireplace, horseshoe pits and several picnic tables. Across the road from the cottage, Pisgah Creek adds soothing background sounds to this beautiful natural setting.
Deposit: 50% of total rental due upon confirmation of reservation; balance due before arrival.
Cancellations: Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 21 days of expected arrival date.
Security/damage deposit: $150 will be refunded within 7 days of departure if property is left clean and undamaged.
