Nestled between mountains, rivers, lakes and parks, Maple Ridge combines the best of Canadian nature with the close amenities of the fabulous world city, Vancouver. Stunning view of the mighty Fraser River and snow-capped Mount Baker.
The main apartment consists of a self-contained 560 square feet two room suite with private entrance and large patio on a lovely one-acre garden vacation property. French doors connect the fully equipped kitchen and dining area to a spacious living-room/ bedroom with a firm queensize bed and comfortable sofa.
An extra bedroom, the "Seide" room, with separate entrance and ensuite bath can be added to the main apartment or can be rented separately. This bedroom has a full bathroom, TV, DVD, small fridge, electric kettle and wireless internet connection.
Our property is pesticide free and certified" Habitat Friendly" by the Canadian Wildlife Federation.
We supply all linen and towels. TV, DVD, Radio, Wifi ADSL internet connection, free long-distance calls to over 50 countries ( landlines only). Lots of books.
I have operated our Fraser Riverview Holiday Apartment for nearly 10 years.My husband and I are retired teachers and love to have guests from all over the world visit us.
Main apartment:
Daily rates from $110 for 2 guests; $30 per extra person.
Weekly rates from $700 for 2 guests.
Monthly rates from $2200 for 2 guests.
Seide Room:
Daily rate from $75
If both are rented together the rate is $150 per night for 4 people
