This beautiful oceanfront property is set in the spectacular luminescent Bay of Guaynabo. We are nestled in a secluded bay off of the Caribbean ocean surrounded by lush tropical foliage.

Five bedrooms are 10’ X 16’ and all have one queen and two twin beds high risers, large sliding door closets, AC, and wall fans. One bedroom has cable TV. The bathrooms are completely tiled and fitted with new fixtures.

The house is decorated with beautiful Puerto Rican/Caribbean art and handicrafts. The kitchen has a stainless-steel side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer combo and is fully equipped with new appliances, cooking utensils and dining ware.

Covered secured parking garage with elevators and carts is available for your convenience. And yet minutes away you will find some of the best area nightlife, fine restaurants, shopping, golf courses and a host of other attractions.

The vacation rental rates of this house are $300 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

This house is ideal for groups or executives that need a secure and comfortable property.

The house has DSL Internet available a phone line for local call, a fax machine and a computer available for a small fee.

Minimum rental is one week, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
   
Cancellation penalty:

  • More than 60 days no penalty.
  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total rental fee
  • 15-30 days prior to arrival - 75% of total rental fee.
  • Less than 15 days - 100%
