It sits on 5 beautifully secluded wooded acres, close to all of the state park areas and attractions. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath cabin comes fully furnished, including all cookware, bedding and towels. Amenities include hot tub, grill, gas fireplaces, satellite TV, pool table and fire ring. Accommodates up to 12 guests.
Deposits:
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold any reservation. Full balance is due 1 week before check-in. You must be 21 years of age or older to book cabin. Credit card required for all deposits- NO EXCEPTIONS!
Payments:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders, cashier checks, and cash. No personal, or out of state checks will be accepted.
Arrival & Departure Times:
Monday-Friday Arrival Time 3:00 - 4:00p.m.
Saturday & Sunday Arrival Time: 2:30 - 3:30p.m.
Departure Time by 11:00a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
$50 processing fee will be charged for ALL Cancellations.
*If reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to stay,
your deposit will be refunded, minus the $50 processing fee.
*If reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to stay,
you will forfeit your entire deposit. No Exceptions.
*If reservation is cancelled with less than 7 days notice and we are unable
to rebook the cabin, you will be responsible for the entire balance owed.
For the safety and comfort of our guests:
• We do not permit smoking inside the cabin.
• We do not allow pets.
• No hunting on the property.
• There is no phone in the cabin. Please bring a cell phone if you need this service.
• A complete list of the Rules and Policies will be provided at booking.
Weather and Road Conditions:
Hocking Hills is beautiful in the winter, however, at times weather can be extreme, unfortunately, we cannot return deposits due to road or weather conditions. In case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure due to weather, no refund will be given. Roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drive is well maintained, however we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or snow chains during the winter months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
