Our villa is a nicely decorated, fully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the upscale neighborhood of INDIAN CREEK, one of the newest and most beautiful subdivisions of central Florida!
Indian Creek is one of the closest developments to Disney World, about 8 minutes from the main gate on Route 192 on the west side of I-4 less than 2 miles from Disneys Animal Kingdom.
Within a mile of the villa, you will conveniently find a grocery store, 2 drug stores and several restaurants, including TGI Fridays, Cracker Barrel, Outback Steak House and Carrabbas Italian Grill.
Shopping malls, golf courses, outlet stores, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, and of course Disney World, and much more are also within close proximity!
Best of all, there is no construction in this area, which means no noise from machinery - just wonderful peace and quiet!

Five of us own the villa, and our name, Ball Five comes from when we meet at Ball State Univ.We pitched in as our main employment had a trade show in the Orlando area each year. It just made more sense to have a nice place to stay when we exhibit, rather than a crowded hotel with people banging on walls, floor, ceilings etc.The goal is to use it for the trade show and make it available for families coming to the area.Our local property does a great job keeping it clean and available.
We require a $250.00 security deposit at the time of booking, along with a completed Short-Term Rental Reservation Form. The funds for the visit are due about a month prior to arrival.

Disney World!! What else do you need to say?
Naturally, you are close to Disney World, but Universal Studios, Sea World, and Kennedy Space Center are also nearby, as well as shopping malls, golf courses, and outlet stores, are within close proximity.
