The Rock Cottage is the perfect home away from home. You'll enjoy a great location in our beautiful small town of Kanab, which is centrally located for your visit to the surrounding National Parks of Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The Rock Cottage is new., but it has been a vacation home, enjoyed by many for 14 years!!!

The Rock Cottage is a unique and beautiful home, and as the name suggests there are A LOT of rocks!
 
Other things to note
My husband was born and raised in Kanab, we have lived here with our family for 18 years. We think it's a wonderful town that has a lot to offer, there is so much to see and do in the surrounding area! Come and visit and see for yourself!.

Duane was born and raised in Kanab, JoAnn was raised near Salt Lake City. We were married in 1993, and chose to live in Kanab, and raise our 7 children there (yes, 7! and they're all great!!!)
We love our little town of Kanab, and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area's and National Parks. We have owned and operated our vacation homes for 12+ years, we love sharing our neck of the woods with travelers, and enjoy meeting new people!

Terms & Conditions

Smoking: Our properties are smoke-free indoors. No Smoking inside. Proper containers will be provided outside. Please be respectful of neighbors and future guests.
 
Pets: We do not, under any circumstances, allow pets in The Rock Cottage, or the Large Townhome. If you will be traveling with your pet, be sure to request the Small Townhome only.
Please do not bring your pets or ‘sleep over’ animals from Best Friends Animal Sanctuary to these units.
Any violation will result in an immediate charge to your credit card of $200.00.
 
While we appreciate pets, we cannot allow them all of our properties. Many of our guests choose to stay with us because of our pet free and low allergen homes. Your cooperation of our “pet policy” is greatly appreciated and will ensure that your visit, and visits of our future guests will be enjoyable.

Perfect location. A lovely quiet town. A perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking. We will be coming back next time we are down south in Utah!

JoAnn is a fantastic host - excellent communication and very responsive. I stayed in the house for five weeks with my daughter - it was stocked with everything we needed when we arrived and had every amenity we could possibly need. The house is very centrally located and incredibly comfortable. The perfect set up to explore Kanab from!
