Pictures in all the rooms are original works and often for sale. Open plan Kitchen/Living Area: This large room has a window overlooking the garden to the fields and woods beyond. There is a comfortable sofabed, a reclining la-z-boy chair, a small folding dining table and with two chairs. The fully fitted kitchen area with has a microwave and 4 burner gas stove along with an island breakfast bar with stools. Bedroom: This cosy 2.5m x 4m, high-ceilinged room has a double bed with under bed storage dressed in sophisticated bed linen. There is a combined wardrobe and dressing table. This room is not suitable for a cot in addition to the bed. Bathroom: The recently refurbished bathroom has a WC, wash basin and bath with over bath shower. The 2m square room has wood effect vinyl flooring, Heating: Three electric storage heaters with an electric (wood burning effect) stove in the living room. Electrical equipment: Colour TV, VCR, radio/CD player, fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron, electric blanket, hairdryer. Outside Parking: The cottage has its own parking space immediately outside the front door. Patio: The stone flagged patio faces west gaining the afternoon sun. There is a bench seat, small table and a boot holder. There is space for the portable barbecue.
