The house has been approved by Failte Ireland and rated as 4 star which is the best/ maximum rating for self catering accommodation. There is a hi-fi sound system installed in August 2006 so bring a few favorite CDs or plug in your i-pod/ mp3 player and lie back relax and enjoy. Electricity and heat (oil fired central heating) are included in the price (subject to reasonable specified limits - if you go over the amounts there is a charge for the amount in excess of the limit) unlike most other holiday lets in the area. All the front rooms – living room and 2 bedrooms - face onto the ocean and have a view of the surf break. The rear garden is enclosed with a high gate. Perfect for a couple and spacious enough for a family. It is a short 250 yard walk to the Post Office, shops and pubs in the village. The Easkey river is 150 yards from the house. Broadband internet access is available in The Fishermans Weir.
