Knoll Lodge is self catering accommodation sleeps up to 8 in a mix of: 1 double bedroom with en-suite, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds with bathroom, kitchen with all appliances - electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher - and breakfast area; utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and lounge with satellite TV and dining area. The owner, Carole Earland, lives on site in adjoining self contained accommodation.
No smoking in the house - all bed linen and towels included - all electricity and heating included.
20% deposit blalnce due 4 weeks before the holiday starts - cheques payable to Carole Earland.
Tenants liable for any damage or loss in the building - up to 2 dogs (well behaved & house trained).
