Paul and Lesley would like to extend a warm welcome to you. We have ample off-road parking and are approximately 4.5 miles from Norwich City centre, 3.5 miles from Norwich Showground. We are approximately 2 miles from the University of East Anglia (UEA) and so are ideally placed for visits to the University.
The area has good facilities for walking, biking, fishing and golf. We offer comfortable bed and breakfast in twin or double rooms. We also have a family room containing one double and two single beds. We have one room on the ground floor with a disabled-friendly wet room. We are a non-smoking establishment. Children over the age of 10 are welcome Unfortunately we cannot extend our welcome to dogs, with the exception of guide dogs.
We have three twin/double rooms and one family/superior room on the first floor. There is a double room on the ground floor with a disabled-friendly wet room. All have tea and coffee making facilities, flat-screen TV and en-suite facilities. There are a further two twin rooms on the ground floor with tea and coffee making facilities and flat-screen TV which share a wet room and second toilet. We have an area on the top floor landing to sit and read or rest while waiting for family and friends, and a conservatory to relax in. You are welcome to use these areas throughout your stay. Our dining room joins our conservatory making this a pleasant place to start your day. Breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Please ask about early start breakfasts. A full english breakfast is on offer with a lighter breakfast being available. Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
To secure a booking a 20% deposit is required.
