Description

Steps up to a small terrace. Front door into large open-plan sitting/dining room with fire place and wood-burning stove, huge dining table, windows facing south with beautiful, uninterrupted views.

Fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine. Cupboards. Door to cloakroom with loo and hand basin.

First floor: Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with two single beds. Brightly lit shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and loo.

Large sunny south-facing garden with ample private parking, space for barbeque and all the peace in the world. The vacation rental cottage is the last at the end of a farm lane with garden all round. It overlooks the village. Wildlife abounds with deer, rabbits, badgers, etc. and is a paradise for bird watchers. The local farm has a donkey, a pony, and cows.

Pillows and blankets provided, you must bring your own linen.

Mobile phone reception is clear at the front of the vacation rental cottage.

Terms & Conditions for the chambre d\'hote
You may be asked to pay a deposit when you book to guarantee your room.

Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving after 18.00 .

Please leave your room by 11.30 on the morning of your departure.

Pique niques by the river are always a delight and are guests are most welcome to do so but are expected to buy drinks from us. We have a selection of wine, beer, tea, coffee and soft drinks for our guests.

Please give us notice i.e. the day before ,if you would like the Full English Breakfast - we may need to go out to purchase the relevant ingredients.

Some Terms & Conditions for the cottages

Holiday rentals are from 16:00 hrs Saturday to 10:00 hrs Saturday.

No linen is provided. Linen hire is available on request 20,00 euros per bed per week sheets,towels, drying cloths and Pillow cases etc

A deposit of 25% is required within 10 days of your booking to secure the property. A booking form with full terms and conditions will be posted or e-mailed to you once you wish to book your holiday.

Cheques in Sterling drawn on a UK bank are acceptable for the deposit, and you will be invoiced for the balance 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
