Sleeps: 4A self contained ground floor apartment adjoining the manor house. It has a large sitting room, with English TV, DVD & CD players; a fully equipped kitchen / diner (including cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher); a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (but please note that this can be made up into a double room.), bathroom, with shower over bath, and w.c. Externally there is a private covered terrace with gas barbecue.
* All rentals are on a self catering basis
* All holidays run from Saturday to Saturday.
* Price includes electricity, gas, water, linen and towels (but not swimming pool towels).
* Price includes use of the grounds, games room, boule pitch & swimming pool.
* A 100GBP deposit is payable with the return of the booking form.
* The booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of deposit monies.
* The remainder of monies are payable 2 months in advance of arrival.
* A security deposit of 100GBP is payable on top of the rental cost.
* We ask you to leave the gites in as clean a condition as you find them.
