The ground floor provides living / dining room with English TV, DVD & CD players and a modern fitted kitchen (including cooker, fridge/freezer & microwave) and stairs give access to the first floor double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower and w.c. Externally there is a large covered terrace with gas barbeque.
* All rentals are on a self catering basis
* All holidays run from Saturday to Saturday.
* Price includes electricity, gas, water, linen and towels (but not swimming pool towels).
* Price includes use of the grounds, games room, boule pitch & swimming pool.
* A 100GBP deposit is payable with the return of the booking form.
* The booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of deposit monies.
* The remainder of monies are payable 2 months in advance of arrival.
* A security deposit of 100GBP is payable on top of the rental cost.
* We ask you to leave the gites in as clean a condition as you find them.
