The Cobblers is situated close to the harbour in Wells-next-the-Sea with it's own off-street parking. Wells is an ideal base for for exploring the bird life, flora & fauna of the North Norfolk coast or the local reserves and conservation areas. Alternatively you may be walking the north Norfolk Coastal path or Peddars way; enjoying the sandy beaches; visiting East Anglian stately homes, churches, lavender fields, or historical sites; playing golf; sailing; cycling within the area, visiting friends or relatives; romancing or just relaxing and recharging by the coast. The Cobblers central location in Wells allows easy access to local restaurants and hostelries in the town in addition to the many similarly renowed establishments within handful of miles. The Cobblers has 8 letting rooms and sleeps 12/13 people, and has an excellent reputation for it's breakfast. The Norfolk coast has a good reputation for seafood, in particular, crabs, lobsters and samphire off the marshes in summer and local mussels in the winter.
The guest house is currently rated with 4 stars by Visit Britain. 8 bedrooms in total, 4 double en-suite rooms, 1 twin, 2 single en-suite rooms, and one room with private bathroom. A high quality breakfast is provided to your choice from a wide range. Special dietary requirements can usually be catered for if notified in advance. All rooms have colour digital TV, and coffee/tea making facilities. The Cobblers is fully centrally heated and double glazed. We have a fire/smoke detection system throughout and also carbon monoxide detecters are fitted. Groups are most welcome. Additional rooms elsewhere within the town can be organised if advised in time. Car parking is in our own off street car park (uncovered). Guest Lounge with Birding/Natural history library.
Cancellation Policy: You are advised to have travel/holiday insurance for your booking and stay. Should you cancel within 14 days of your stay the full amount is payable if the room(s) are not let.
