Cobtree is surrounded by 57 acres of farmland and woodlands overlooking the Western Shores of Seneca Lake. We welcome couples, families, groups of friends and if combined together are ideal for larger reunions, religious retreats, Wedding Receptions Musselman triathlon & sporting groups accommodating up to 52 people sharing. We especially welcome parents and visitors to the nearby HWS colleges in Geneva.
Each of our vacation homes is set in its own 1 acre space. Seneca Cottage is a traditional brick built house in an "English Cottage Style" it has over 1460 sq ft of living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement with washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board, a Log effect gas stove in the lounge, full gas fired forced air heating throughout, hardwood floors, spectacular views over Seneca Lake on one side of the property and open farmland and woodland on the other side. Peaceful, tranquil and breathtaking views over the Lake and beyond.
Seneca Cottage is truly a home away from home, the combination of king, queen, twin and sofa beds, provides flexible enough accommodation for any kind of family or group. Both pet and child friendly, it is an ideal place for a family to spend a vacation in the Finger Lakes our on site nature trails provide for beautiful hiking through the woods in all seasons.
