Sleeps: 2Botany Farm House is ancient , hidden away down a country track , surrounded by a rampant garden . There are no neighbours just woods and fields . The interior is as original as possible but still comfortable and we do have modern plumbing and heating ! The house has very thick cob walls and small paned windows .The whole house is very cottagey and atmospheric with varnished floors ,lots of rugs , lots of brick and beams , rosy wallpaper, patchwork quilts , black and brass beds and chintzy curtains.Burning stove that warms the room in winter . Botany Farm House lives up to it's name, overflowing with plants and flowers. The atmosphere is cosy and informal .
