Avoca Lodge is a family run B & B located 200 meters off the main Ring of Kerry road on the outskirts of Cahersiveen town. It is Fáilte Ireland approved and is an ideal base for touring the beautiful and scenic 'South West'.
On arrival you will receive a warm welcome from proprietors Carmel and Dermot Walsh along with complimentary tea / coffee. You may choose to have these in our dining room, guest conservatory or TV lounge. Then you can relax and unwind for the evening taking in some clean fresh Kerry air out on the patio / picnic area overlooking landscaped gardens and the beautiful panoramic view of Valentia Harbour.
We have Double, Twin & Family rooms - all ensuite to cater for our guests' every need. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Cot is available on request by prior arrangement and a 50% discount is available for all children under 12 years when sharing with an adult.
Breakfast is served in our breakfast/dining room from 8:00am - 9:30am. We offer a wide range of breakfast options to suit all tastes including breakfast cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices and seasonal fruits. All our breakfasts are freshly cooked to order. We endeavour to cater for the needs of all our guests so special dietary requirements can be arranged upon request.
Private parking is available to the rear of the house, or if you are travelling on two wheels a bicycle shed is provided too!
