Villa with a private, romantic family friendly setting; master bedroom suite and guest bedrooms have french doors that open up to the pool and deck area overlooking the rolling hillsides and carribbean sea and a separate studio apartment with a queen size bed. Master bedroom suite is on the western part of the villa and has a king size bed, jacuzzi tub & separate shower, his & her sink, spacious walk-in closet. Guest bedrooms have queen size beds and are on the eastern part of the villa with a jack & jill bathroom a jacuzzi tub & separate shower with spacious closets. Half bathroom has sink & toilet. The studio apartment has a bathroom with an open shower & spacious living area. The kitchen has french doors that open up to the pool and deck with views of the carribbean sea & rolling hillsides. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, dishes & flatware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cocktail glasses, center island with plenty cabinet space, pantry items, dining area. Laundry room has washer, dryer, utility sink, folding table, ironing board. Televisions with Cable TV & DVD Players, radio & alarm clocks. Toilet paper, restaurant dining guide, split-system air conditioning, laundry soap, towels, paper towels, soaps, secure parking, ceiling fans, activities guide, shampoo, filtered water, internet, local maps, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, linens provided. Outside: secure parking, gated, gas & charcoal grill, deck, beach towels, cooler, walk across street to beach and casino. dining table with umbrella & six chairs. In ground pool (3 - 6 ft). Scenic drives, walking, gambling casino, paddle boating, sight seeing, beach combing, walking distance to snorkeling.

Why they chose this property
After living here for many years and visiting the eastern part of the island, my dream was to own property and build a beautiful villa. This area is unique with it's natural beauty of the carribbean sea and rolling hillsides.
What makes this property unique
I chose this end of the island to build this villa because it is minutes from Point Udall which is the eastern most point in the U.S.A. There is a sundial known as the Millennium Monument built above Point Udall for the New Year's celebration in 2000. It marks the azimuth of the first U.S. sunrise of that year. The area has breath taking views and private beaches which are accessible to the public free of charge. All beaches in St. Croix are public. There is no admission for parking, sunbathing, or swimming.

Island Getaway


This property was fantastic. We loved the location, the views, and the pool was great. The outside of the property could use some TLC but the Caribbean weather conditions are harsh and it did not distract or deter our enjoyment of the property.

Beautiful Views!


Incredible views of the ocean, seconds to the beach (walking), literally EVERYTHING you need to include beach toys, professional quality snorkel equipment, towels, etc. Kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of cookware, spices, plates, and drink equipment. Tonnes of room for a family of six as well. Highly recommend! Helene was wonderful and meet us with fresh mangos to boot.

A Million Dollar View


This was a dream come true. This is a beautiful house and has everything you need to relax and enjoy the view. Lounging in the pool and watching the sunset was awesome. Our host was a kind, wonderful lady who took great care of us. I would love to return again.
