We are new to the rental community in Sint Maarten, but strive to make your accommodations / stay in Sint Maarten comfortable and most enjoyable. For more details visit our Blue Door Villa site. After losing our home / Villa in 2017 we are proud to be back and excited to share our beautiful accommodations, views, serenity, Guana Bay Beach and Gibbs Beach with our guests.
 
Little Blue is a new, fully concrete, modern construction located on Guana Bay in Sint Marten, Netherlands Antilles, NV, the Caribbean. This cute, romantic bungalow is located upstairs allowing gorgeous views of the sea, quiet serenity, a private patio and entrance, pleasantly decorated with all the conveniences, along with a location for an enjoyable experience.  The area mostly consists of local residence with some rentals in the area available.  The views are stunning and you are steps away from the Atlantic Ocean facing a fantastic view of Saint Barthelemy and the hillside of Guana Bay. Gibbs Beach is just north of our location and within walking distance. We are located on the Dutch side approximately 25 minutes from the Juliana airport, 5- minutes from Philipsburg (St. Maarten's largest city), near the French boarder and where the famous Orient Beach is only a 20 minute drive away. Grand Case, a 25- minute and Oyster Bay a 10-minute drive, are where you will experience some of the best cuisine available anywhere. Philipsburg's boardwalk and shopping experience is a must. Wonderful shopping, fascinating history with an international population, 37 pristine beaches, watersports, bars and exquisite cuisine await you.

The owners Tom and Sally Bartsch have ben coming to the island from the USA for over 18 years. First as tourist, then as time share owners and for 5 years as owners in Guana Bay, Upper Prince Quarters, Sint Maarten. We will assist you when needed while respecting your privacy as we do reside upstairs. We and our area are Irma survivors, but on our way with recovery.

Great view!!


We have stayed here twice now and both time enjoyed our visit very much. Owners are very accommodating and friendly. It’s starting to feel like home away from home for us. Very clean and great view of the ocean and we love walking down the beach and is close to Philipsburg with shopping and good restaurants.

Before our departure our previous reservation got cancelled and Wilmina from Island Breeze was extremely helpful and found us a place to stay in the Upper Prince’s Quarter. Her attentive interaction made all of our ordeal less stressful. Little Blue studio is located in a beautiful beachfront property, very quiet and secluded. The owners live on site and are very friendly, hospitable and extremely accommodating. Communication was prompt and easy, any issues or questions, within minutes it would get answered or fixed. I will definitely come back and stay with them and will recommend it.
