Description

Located on a dead-end street and perched on a cliff with a popular sandy beach just below. The suite is bathed in natural light and includes a kitchenette and spa-like bathroom. Just outside your private entrance is Seacliff Beach and Park with a splash pad and playground, Pelee Island Ferry, Leamington Marina, and restaurants. Only a few minutes drive to Point Pelee National Park, 12 wineries and Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre. 45 minutes to Detroit/Windsor.
 
The space
A perfect couple's getaway! It's a strollers dream with a long sandy beach, park pathways, Leamington Dock, the marina promenade and the Marina pavilion all within an easy walk. Come back to your suite and enjoy quiet peace and relaxation as you gaze over natural areas through your large picture windows. The suite is designed with couples in mind and one child is welcome. There is a pull-out couch located in the same room as the queen bed.
 
Guest access
Your suite has a private entrance. It has 3 rooms, a bedroom/lounge area, kitchen and bathroom for your use alone. Outside areas are shared spaces.
 
Other things to note
The suite is designed for couples or singles. A child is welcome as well. Not suitable for 3 adult guests. The kitchenette has a hotplate and microwave for light cooking but no oven.
 
Note-
Children need to be supervised on the yard. There are steep slopes that are a safety hazard but not life threatening. Visitors not permitted unless approved by the owner. Please leave your shoes by the door. Your reservation will be revoked for prostitution, illegal activity or conducting business that brings in customers. No loud music or parties.

The view was awesome


The view was awesome. 180 degree view of forest and lake was a nice touch if you love to relax in nature. IN quiet tucked back neighbourhood. Good facilities to have a fire and relax or bbq. The kitchen was awesome and was a great efficient modern design. Had a few little extras like coffee available and ways to do different kinds as you like it and a few spices to get your meals a little more flavourful. The bathroom was awesome and relaxing and lighting was cool. Furniture was comfortable. Had a real art chic business vibe. Great place to retreat if you need to some remote work or enjoy time with a small family. Near by park in incredible at beach and has great facilities and amphitheatre. Good location for small family fun or creative get away. We went when it was snowing for a Christmas season vacation to enjoy downtown Kingsville\'s food scene. Was impressed that hosts had cleaned the show off our car and we didn\'t have to scrape and could just get going in the morning on our adventure.

5 star accommodations! Best location because of “cut through” to Seacliff Park and walking distance to catch ferry! Biked into Point Pelee National Park too… this location can’t be beat! Clean, quiet, with massive windows to light up space with plenty of sunshine. Exemplary communication with hosts. You won’t regret booking here!

Great stay!


Great stay in this quaint home. Our space was immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked to help it feel like home. The bed was super comfy and I love the huge windows. The location is perfect, as it sits behind a beach, with a splash pad and a park for the kids. It’s just a short drive to Walmart and other stores. We had a great time, never met a nicer town of people. Hope to visit again soon

Amazing place. Cozy, quiet. Very easy communication with the host. Had the best time in the walkable seacliff park, spalashpad and beach. Recommend place for UpTo 2 people and a kid near point Pelee.
