Nearby are Devils Den and Lake Fort Smith State Parks, historic downtown Van Buren, breathtaking scenic drives, and the Arkansas and Missouri tourist train. The Main Lodge
The Main Lodge, seen here from Scenic Byway US 71, gives a new meaning to Mi casa es su casa. Our home really is yours too. You may stay in one of the cabins or lodge rooms but you will enjoy your morning coffee in our sitting area and eat breakfast in our spacious dining room with enough windows to imagine that you are dining outside. Watch the antics of the feisty hummingbirds or any of the many varieties of birds, native to the Ozarks, that feast at our feeders while you enjoy a hearty breakfast.
The Lodge is the main hub of activity much of the time. Come to the main office for ice or to check out movies, and games. Our courtesy phone is in the front hall of the office, and is available during office hours. (Usually 7:00am to 10:00pm.) The gift shop is located here as well. We have recently added a line of professional kitchen tools and gadgets to the giftshop. They are higher quality at a much lower cost than most catalog or specialty parties. You can pick up a thankyou for the person who watched your pets and plants while you were away.

A guaranteed reservation is required. A cabin is considered guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit equivalent to the first night stay. Guarantee may be made by personal check, money order, or credit card. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Cancellations may be made up until 3:00pm 5 days before check-in. Less than 5 days before check-in the deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-rent the unit.

Additional Rate details
Effective March 18th, 2022. Our rates range from $90.00 to $130.00 per cabin for 2 people. Each additional person over 11 years old is $15.00 per night. Pets are $20.00 per night (no discounts) and restrictions on pets apply.
Individual Cabin Rates:
One bedroom Bed and Breakfast Cottages and Lodge Rooms: $90.00 per night for 2 people. Cabin 2, 7, and Lodge Room 14 and 22 are in this category.
Two bedroom Bed and Breakfast Cottage or Lodge Room: $100.00 per night for 2 people. Cabin 1 and lodge room # 11, # 12, and # 21 are in this price range.
One bedroom Housekeeping Cabin or Lodge Room: $120.00 per night for 2 people. (with living room, gas or electric fireplace, and kitchen) Cabin # 6.
Two bedroom Housekeeping Cabin: $130.00 per night for 2 people. (with living room, fireplace, and kitchen) Cabin # 3, 4, and 5 all fit this description.
Two Night Minimums:
Two night minimums are required on certain weekends. In 2022 these will be Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, all U of A home football games(tba), Bikes Blues and BBQ, all October weekends regardless of other local activities and Thanksgiving week. (Wednesday through Saturday nights)
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in every day begins at 3:00pm. If you need an early check-in time, you MUST call the morning of your arrival date to check if the cabin is available early. We will clean your cabin as soon as possible, but please understand, that the last people in the cabin may want it until the check-out time of 11:00, and we still have to clean it after that.
Payment is requested at the time of Check-in. You may use cash, credit card, or personal check.
Check-out is 11:00am, 1:00pm on Sundays. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance, we may have to clean the cabin before the next check-in time at 3:00.
