Located at the Beaver Creek resort in Colorado, this well-appointed house sits on the 17th hole of the Country Club of The Rockies. Situated in a gated community on a private lot with grand views of the back bowls of Vail, this house is fantastic for the skier, angler or business person. Beaver Creek is the hidden gem of Colorado, with great slopes and less crowds. The Arrowhead subdivision, surrounded by little towns, is an easy drive to find great shops and even better eateries. Just a 5 minute drive to Edwards and Avon and a 10 minute drive to the Village of Beaver Creek. Opt for a ski day in Vail- just 20 minutes down the road.
 
A ski bus- comes to the house when called to take you to the bottom of Arrowhead in just 5 minutes. Convenience at it’s best.  
 
The house is truly a private residence, with high-end furniture, artwork and amenities. A full chef’s kitchen, game room and private outdoor hot tub awaits you. A fully appointed kitchen allows you to prepare a holiday dinner or sit back and relax for a catered meal. 
 
This is a great house for multiple families; three ample bedrooms with ensuite baths and a lower level for kids. A den converts to a bedroom with an attached full bath for extra space.
 
Notes-
Mudroom available for skis and boots. 
Four cameras are located on the property in the garage, Back yard overlooking the porch and spa, back of house and front of the house. 
 
Policy and Rule:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

My family bought this house back in 2004 after skiing in Colorado for over 35 years. It was planned as a winter house for the patriarchs and to serve as the holiday gathering place for the extended family. It was never intended as a rental. The house was designed by my mother, an interior designer, as her and my fathers retirement home. After many years of living and enjoying the property, the homeowners have moved onto a retirement community better suited for their health and living style. We have elected to share this private family home for rentals when our family is not using it. Our family has very much enjoyed this house with babies growing up in it and spending their first Christmas here.

We spent many years looking for just the right property. Like many, we originally wanted to buy a house that was up in the mountains. After renting many homes in and around Beaver Creek, we decided that driving up and down the curvy and snow packed roads was a bit dangerous and does not work well when you have kids that need to be dropped off at ski school and lots of people coming and going. Arrowhead was a place that was easy access to all the areas, had a ski bus that comes to the house, and we had great views of Vail. Also we have a very private yard and a golf course to snowshoe on or do some night putting.
What makes this House unique
A great location - close to all the sites and shops but also within our gated community we have a very private lot. The privacy is great for using the hot tub and watching fireworks on the 4th but allows for ample space for cars of visitors. The main level of the house features the master bedroom, eating areas, living room and a den. Upstairs are two private bedrooms with en suite baths. The second level is great for families, as each room sleeps 4 people and has ample closet space. The lower level has two kids rooms and an entertainment room. Pool table, Wii, card table and games make this a great gathering place.

A perfect house for our annual family skiing vacation with my 3 sons and their families and the location and ease of getting to Beaver Creek made it work well for all 12 of us. The house was beautiful, loved the hot tub, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Great house, great location to the mountain


Other than a little booking issue (which was taken care of) we had a wonderful stay. All of my buddies commented that this was one of the nicest stays we have had ever. Super easy to get the shuttle to pick us up as they literally backed right up to the house. Nothing really to complain about.

Great location


This was a great place to stay for a larger group. The shuttle service is so convenient to get to the ski lift. The bus comes right to the end of the driveway and drops you off just steps from the arrowbahn lift. The spacious living rooms and hot tub were great for gathering.
