Welcome to Rooftop RendezView, a newly-built luxury mountain modern cabin, which was completed in March 2022. Rooftop RendezView is a stunning 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom mountain lodge with an impressive list of amenities. From the spacious distinctive rooftop deck, you will be amazed at the magnificent views of the Smoky Mountains from this large 3 story cabin!
 
Rooftop RendezView is owned by the same owner and cleaned and maintained by the same crews as the very popular and highly rated Bella Vista. Since that cabin was built in 2020, the reviews have averaged a perfect 5 star, which is extremely rare. To read reviews of this cabin, 
 
Centrally located in the gorgeous area between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Rooftop RendezView is a spacious upscale mountain modern cabin that provides all of the amenities you need for that perfect vacation getaway. After enjoying a delicious meal prepared in the spacious kitchen with two refrigerators, you can enjoy your favorite movie in the cabin’s own theater room that comfortably seats 8 people. Other entertainment options are in the cabin’s large mountain-view game room – air hockey, pool table, and Multicade arcade system (containing tons of classics like Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Ms. Pac-Man, etc.).
 
Following a lively evening with family and friends around the fire pit dining table on the spacious rooftop deck, you can relax in one of the cabin’s four bedrooms, each having a dedicated full ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV. Up to eight adults will be comfortable in the three king beds and one queen bed. Two of the bedrooms have additional sleeping options that are great for kids - a full size pullout sofa in the main floor bedroom and a twin daybed with a twin trundle in the upper floor bedroom. Since Rooftop RendezView is so convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, you are only minutes away from Dollywood, dinner shows, and outlet shopping found in Pigeon Forge, as well as the unique shopping and hiking in Gatlinburg. No matter what your plans are, Rooftop RendezView is the answer for those who seek a luxurious and fun vacation to the mountains.
 
Rooftop RendezView is part of the Mountain Shangrila community which was purchased by a local developer in 2019.  We are excited about the developer’s current and future improvements to the community landscaping, signage and roads. With these improvements, construction may occur on other lots during normal business hours when guests typically enjoy the National Park and numerous other area attractions, shopping and restaurants. All of the nearby cabins have been completed so the only current and upcoming construction is at the rear of the neighborhood and has not produced any noise complaints from any guests who have stayed at the cabin. Importantly, Rooftop RendezView is perched on a hill with good mountain views remaining unobstructed by existing and future home construction.

Having a son with severe special needs has really put our life in perspective, so we really value our family time in this cabin. 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!


This was by far the nicest place we stayed at here in Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg. The house is brand new. It was just built in March. There is so much to do at the house that the kids always wanted to stay and play the arcade, pool table and air hockey machine. When we got back it was off to the Jacuzzi and the amazing views from the porch upstairs. Look no further, this is def a must stay here.

Not your cookie cutter cabin


Mindy is hands on and very helpful with every need u could ask for. Down to the layout and decor of this elegant one of a kind “cabin”. Very spacious and on rainy days there is lots for family to do under one roof. Beds are comfy and place is immaculate. We came for a quick get away and downtown Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg was super busy and weather was either hot or rainy so this gave us lots of indoor time which was wonderful with all the stuff this place had. Thank you so much for sharing this dream escape.

Cabin in Smokey Mts!


Fantastic experience in this Brand New Luxury Cabin! Everything was top notch. Super clean. High quality all-around. It was so refreshing to crack the bedroom window at night and not hear cars. Located near a major hwy but far enough away to enjoy amazing views + peace & quiet. Mindy was so easy to work with and went above and beyond making sure we were well taken care of. Thank you!!!!
