A small piece of paradise only 15 minutes from Bryson City. The cottage sits on 3 acres with a creek and plenty of space to relax and play. Access to the cottage is easy and does not require 4-wheel drive.
 
The cottage has three comfortable bedrooms and two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a screened-in porch, covered deck with outdoor dining, a hot tub and a firepit. There is WIFI , cable TV, indoor and out door games for the family to keep you entertained.

Although we have been in Bryson city for only three years, we have fallen in love with the area and the town. We are still exploring and discovering new places and would love to share our knowledge with you. We have 25 years of experience in property management, specifically in vacation rentals in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. We strive to make our rentals perfect in every way from the comfort of the beds to the board games for the family and the amenities in the kitchen. Our goal is to have every one of our clients, no matter the age, leave with a memorable experience.

The cottage was ideal


The cottage was ideal- clean, comfortable, with great shared spaces. The screened patio was a favorite spot after playing in the Ocoee or Tuck rivers. We had everything we needed to have family style dinners. Our pup loved the yard and got plenty of olay time. We’re looking forward to visiting again!
