Our goal is to create a place that is not only comfortable, but is like home. A place that you can kick off your shoes, pick up a book and just chill out. A place where you can create great dinners and amazing breakfasts. A retreat where you can enjoy the great outdoors and then come back and relax in your private hot tub. A place where you can hang with your family, friends or just a bit of "me" time. Welcome to our cottage.
Located just 20 minutes from Bryson City and Franklin, the cottage is just a short drive away from many attractions, restaurants and shopping. This is the perfect family vacation and you can even bring your famly pet. With great views from the patio, you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the deer come down to graze. The private hot tub is the perfect place to realax after a full day of sightseeing.
Although we have been in Bryson city for only three years, we have fallen in love with the area and the town. We are still exploring and discovering new places and would love to share our knowledge with you. We have 25 years of experience in property management, specifically in vacation rentals in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. We strive to make our rentals perfect in every way from the comfort of the beds to the board games for the family and the amenities in the kitchen. Our goal is to have every one of our clients, no matter the age, leave with a memorable experience.

Enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean. Kitchen had all the necessities needed for cooking. Comfortable beds. Loved sitting on the porch,looking at the view. Road to the house is definitely curvy. But the driveway is not bad at all. We drove our gas sipping Honda Civic and had no problems. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely spot in the mountains for a beautiful private getaway. The house was very clean and it was just what we needed!
