Casa Balsa is a beautiful modern house with a large swimming pool and terrace. It offers an amazing view on the lush tropical forest, the Tarcoles River and the Pacific Ocean. The house is perfect for family and friends looking to relax and enjoy the amazing wildlife of Costa Rica. You can rent 1 room or more depending on the number of persons. Parrots, toucans, monkeys, butterflies, iguanas... You can see it all from the terrace!
 
The space
Casa Balsa was conceived by a French architect mixing modern & tropical style. The house has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms for total independence and privacy. It is perfectly suitable for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can rent 1 room or more depending on the number of persons.
The house's highlight is the large terrace and the swimming pool offering an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and the Tarcoles River.

No parties allowed.
No pets.
Please do not make any noise/music after 9pm and before 9am. As the area is very quiet, we want to keep this peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The maximum number of people is 8, including children over 1 year old.

Claudine's place is a wonderful property


Peace, comfort and style in one place. Claudine\'s place is a wonderful property surrounded by nature. The 4 bedrooms are very comfortable and the shared areas are perfect to bring people together. We enjoyed the pool, specially the little ones :) it\'s a great place for family and friends. Plus, being really close to San Jose makes it perfect for a weekend retreat. Will recommend!

Wonderful Time!


We only stayed 1 night but we had such a wonderful time. The villa is amazing with stunning views. We spent late afternoon and early morning watching the red macaws feeding in the trees just below the property, we got some amazing photos. The location was ideal for us as it was only 10 minutes away from Carara National Park which was the reason we were staying in the area. I would highly recommend staying here, we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Claudine is a gracious and helpful host! Her home is beautiful and is a convenient location to both the beaches and the city. Our only regret is that we couldn\'t stay longer!

Very Beautiful Place


Very beautiful place with a beautiful view to the mountains, river and the ocean. Very quiet place. The photos represent the reality of the place. We spent a good time with 5 more friends and enjoy a lot the swimming pool and the barbecue.

Claudine’s place is Amazing


Claudine’s place is amazing. Completely clean and tidy, a big kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might need. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The pool and deck were the main places where we spent our time as the views are by far the main attraction. There is a lot of love and detail in this Airbnb. 100% recommended, I will definitely be staying here again.

Great experience in Claudine\'s house. Beautiful views. The house was very clean and with all what we need for our stay. The location is nice and it is a just 50min trip from Sta Ana
