This modern one-story home includes high ceilings, big glass sliding doors that open up for an ideal indoor/outdoor living space. You’ll feel the refreshing breeze from the pool, the garden with the big Panama tree, the Senderos lake just across the home and you can hear monkeys, tropical birds singing and wildlife all around you.
 
The master bedroom is on a higher elevation with a private terrace and overlooking the garden. It has a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom that includes a full separate shower, double sink,and an open-air private bathtub.
 
The additional two bedrooms have independent bathrooms and built in closets. One includes a terrace that opens to the patio and green areas where you can enjoy the views to the garden and pool area.
 
The living area combines all in one single space, kitchen, terrace, living room, pool area and deck. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with brand new appliances and a spacious pantry. AC mini splits are installed throughout the entire house.
 
The landscaping is designed around a huge magnificent Nya tree so you can enjoy the refreshing shade all year long

Elevated vacation rental experience

Amazing vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Casa Nya. We were a group of 2 couples but the house could have fit another couple very comfortably. The entire house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. All of the appliances and finishes are top notch (vitamix, smeg appliances, dyson blowdryer, etc.) and the kitchen is fully equipped. The owners clearly thought of everything - lots of beach and pool towels, a cooler to take to the beach, etc.

Five stat property management was also amazing. They were super responsive (we communicated via WhatsApp) and helped us book a golfcart and airport transfer. They answered our questions quickly and at all hours of the day.

We would highly recommend renting a golfcart (if you do not rent a car). While the beach isn\'t that far of a walk (approx 15-20 minutes to the middle of town with lots of restaurants and bars), it is a long walk in the heat. Being able to zip around in the golfcart made a huge difference! The grocery store is a very close walk (less than 5 minutes), but still nice to have the golfcart so you don\'t have to carrry all your bags in the heat!

Our favourite restarants were Pangas (a bit fanicer for Tamadindo, need a reservation) and the Dragonfly.

Would love to visit Casa Nya again!!

Gorgeous & comfortable home


We loved staying in this beautiful modern home! Hosts were quick to respond when we had any questions. We had 3 couples, and each got to enjoy our own great ensuite bathroom with amazing showers which was so nice. The area has a lot of homes under construction so some mornings were quite noisy, but it is an up and coming development so understandable. Walking distance from a very good grocery store. Would stay again!

Gorgeous Property!!!


Beautiful inside and out. Really enjoyed our stay! Super clean, very safe! Suggestion to the host-larger sectional in the main room. Aside from that we would stay at this property again-no complaints!
