Beautiful Six (6) Bedroom Villa in Myrtle Beach Villas II. Central Myrtle Beach.
Myrtle Beach Villas II is the only property in central Myrtle Beach catering to larger groups (more than 4 bedrooms) at anywhere close to this price point when considering a per person vacation rate.  Despite the great value we strive to create an exceptional experience for our guests by including contents and service that most, if not all, the other villas in the facility cannot match.  For example, a game room, custom granite or glass banquet table, blackout curtains, patio swings and hammocks, and, very importantly a dedicated cleaning crew for this villa.  Most other villas (except ours) share a crew so the quality simply isn’t there.
 
We do get asked what the surrounding area is like, so we have included some pictures.  As you can see there is plenty to do all within walking distance and the beach is easy to get to via cross walks and the public access road and is about 90 yards from the villa.
 
There are shops and restaurants all around, more than shown in the pictures, and the airport is around 2.8 miles away so it is perfectly feasible to not bring a vehicle(s).  However, if you are driving there are four parking spaces available.

What makes our villas different is what we put in them (granite tables, etc.), how we look after them and the people we have behind the business. The owners', Andy and Angela, bought their first villa in 2007 and have gradually acquired other villas over the years to the point where they now have four six-bedroom villas in this facility and are now the majority owners.

15 at condo for week


This property was great 15 stayed don\'t think could do many more. We had lots of room. Grandkids enjoyed the pool table and I even got to play a game. Loved that table and that we could all get around it for meals that was awesome. We all enjoyed the pool/ lazyriver. Also the beach was easy short half block walk.

We had an amazing stay the property was absolutely fantastic everything was convenient to the property. Only suggestion I would make is that more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags are available, other than that I would suggest this property to others.
