Beautiful Condo on white sandy pristine beach with crystal turquoise waters. This second floor condo, one of 14 units has stained cathedral ceilings and is tastefully decorated. It is situated on a beach front parcel of land in St. James parish on the West Coast of the Island.
 
The property is beautifully landscaped with tropical flora and fauna. The fresh water pool in the garden is surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas. 
 
Relaxing on the balcony in the evening affords a view of the lighted garden and pool whilst being caressed by the soothing sounds of the surf and gentle island breezes.

Bedding: The Bed can be made as a California King size or made up as two Twin beds.
Air conditioning: Remote-controlled split-level A/C unit in the Ensuite Bedroom
Ceiling Fans: Situated in every room to include Patio, however, breezes from the ocean can be felt throughout the condo when the patio door and shutters in the ensuite bedroom are open.
Dining Room:  Round Dining Table can sit four or six guests, Ocean/Beach, garden, pool can be viewed from Patio and bedroom
Nearby Activities: Golf at the Sandy Lane Golf Course which features the expansive 450-yard Driving Range also. Royal Westmoreland Golf Course home to a par 72,7,045 yard Golf Course which was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, the acclaimed golf course designer.

Great position by beach


Easy check in. Superb location in the centre of Holetown yet with quiet garden and immaculate pool and direct access to beach with free sun beds.

Great place to stay


#3 was very clean and comfortable in a great location with all the ingredients for a great holiday. Only a few feet from the beautiful beach at Holetown, great for early morning walks and to see the fabulous sunsets. Great pool (maybe too warm!!) in lovely gardens. Pat, who looks after the apartment, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. As with everything there were some negatives. Firstly, the apartment could do with a makeover, it felt quite tired a jaded. An upgrade of the kitchen and bathroom would help. Also, all the furniture could do with upgrading, all quite dark and old fashioned. The mismatched crockery and cutlery were a disappointment. However, these are not major problems but would help to enhance ones stay. I would thoroughly recommend the property without hesitation.

A little corner of heaven


The apartment overlooks the beach, the beautifully maintained private gardens and the immaculate swimming pool. The attractive town of Holetown, with its bars, restaurants, designer shops and delightful \"chattel\" village is on the doorstep. It really is hard to imagine a better location on Barbados. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and spacious - large sitting room, separate bedroom, bathroom with dressing area, well-equipped kitchen and furnished terrace with an extensive view of the Caribbean. The view is even better than I had imagined from the photos. Everything is kept in good order by the groundsman, the regular cleaning lady and by Pat who manages the properties with great charm and efficiency. Thank you to everyone for providing us with such a super holiday destination and thank you to Juanita Barrow for making it all possible. We shall be back.

Great place to spend two weeks in Barbados


I enjoyed staying in this condo. The condo had everything that I wanted. The location in Holetown is on a good beach and convenient to supermarket, restaurants and steel band.

Fantastic


My holiday in Barbados was fantastic, everything went smoothly from the reservation to the departure. The owner of Condo 3 responded to our enquiry within the hour and addressed all of our questions. The Manager of Condo 3 ensured that we received transportation to and from the airport and our requested groceries were in the Condo upon arrival. We enjoyed water sports and tours of the island during the day and dined in lovely restaurants in the area. I recommended Condo 3 to my friends and family. We am looking forward to our vacation next year to stay at Condo 3 again. Thank you for making our holiday memorable.
