a nice stay.


Roger was phenomenal. For starters the place was very beautiful, would totally recommend for party 3+ because it is pretty spacious. Roger was always a phone call away, he arranged pick ups, recommended activities and restaurant to try per request. The house is away from the main road so we felt very safe and secure. The strip is only about a 10 mins walk, you’ll find everything you need there so it’s great. I would definitely recommend staying here for a nice stay.

Great place


We loved this place!! It is so spacious (much bigger than it looks in the pictures) and had really great facilities. We used the kitchen a lot and it was well equipped. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the main strip and beaches so very handy and it has a great view over the balcony too. The pool is great and Roger was very accommodating and helpful if we needed anything. Great place and great host! Would highly recommend staying here!!!

This was a beautiful & spacious place but it lacked some of the basics like extra toilet paper & cleaning supplies, paper towels and garbage bags for the trash cans. ImI think guests should be made aware somewhere in the description prior to booking that none of these would be provided. So I would suggest traveling with your own if you choose to stay here. The bathrooms appeared to not have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival as there was still trash in the bathroom cans from prior guests, the toilet bowls, toilet seats, tub & bathroom mats were a bit dirty and I even found a used mask in the bedside table, which had me a bit uneasy.

The unit is very large and there is lots of space to spread out. The kitchen and living area are both of good size. The three bedrooms also are not lacking space and each has a queen bed and air conditioning to help you sleep better at night. Most areas could use some tidying up, like many bedroom closets, washroom areas with old toothbrushes, a kitchen with a non-functioning toaster on the counter and a previous occupant baby soother in the fridge. The kitchen is well appointed with most necessary appliances, plates and utensils, pots and pans. It is lacking in some basic needs like salt, pepper, sugar, plastic wrap and other such items if one wants to properly make use of it without having to buy many of these. Roger is very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. He is very pleasant to deal with and has many useful suggestions when visiting St Lucia.

Perfect Location!


Great apartment with everything you could need - nice breezy seating area on the balcony for sunset Pitons! Pool is shared with another apartment that makes up the villa, and restaurants, bars and the beach are only 30 mins walk away. We had a great time!.
