Royal Kuhio is a hi-rise resort centrally located in the heart of Waikiki. 
Beaches, shops, restaurants, & entertainments are all just a short walk away.
Across the street are McDonald's, Starbucks, Waikiki Trade Center, and Duty-Free Shop, DFS Galleria. 
Popular Waikiki Beach, Waikiki Shopping Plaza and Waikiki Beach are within walking distance.
Ross Dress For Less, Nordstrom Rack are just a few steps away. 
Plenty of small ABC grocery stores all around to cut down on the cost of eating out. 
The tour bus pick -up is just around the corner. 
You can catch the trolley which is just a block away. 
 
Another way to get around Waikiki and far beyond is by renting a bike at the Biki Bike share station. There is one located on the left side of the building
 
Royal Hawaiian Center, the premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination in Waikiki along a three-block stretch of Waikiki's famed Kalakaua Avenue is just one block from Royal Kuhio, The Center has more than 100 shops and restaurants to excite every taste!  Complimentary music, hula, and cultural classes are available in the Royal Grove. It is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and beyond with late-night rendezvous hot spots. There are also some great activities that are published in the Royal Hawaiian shopping guide book, so make sure you check this out. There's Ukulele lessons (ukuleles are provided), lei making, and some children's activities as well. 
 
Often times you will be walking past and there will be some shows of traditional Hawaiian music and it's great to stop by and have a listen/watch.

A block away, situated between  Kalakaua and Kuhio Avenues is the newly redesigned International Market Place, a world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment destination featuring a curated mix of upscale and lifestyle brands, and the first Saks Fifth Avenue in Hawaii. 
 
Royal Kuhio has its own free secured assigned garage. 
 
The lobby has a security guard on duty and a fob key, the keyless entry security tag is necessary to gain entrance to the elevators from the lobby and garage.
 
 The bus stops out front and the city bus lines can take you to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Hanauma Bay, around the island and breathtaking places on the spectacular island
 
Enjoy greater privacy as the bedroom with 2 queen size beds is separated from the living room with a door and not a sliding wood panel or accordion typed. This corner unit has 2 window sides and is larger than this type of one-bedroom units. The bathroom is outside the bedroom and the vanity sink s separated from the rest of the bathroom. Enjoy the room air conditioners, tropical ceiling fans and large flat-screen satellite televisions in both the living room and bedroom. There is a trundle sleeper sofa with 2 mattresses.

all you could ask for and more!


What a wonderful experience. Easy check in and check out, and a caring and accessible host in Edna. The place was clean and very comfortable with 2 full beds and a sleeper sofa couch with plenty of room to stretch out. It has all the appliances needed for a relaxing stay, and it is an easy 4 minute walk from there heart of Waikiki Beach. Don’t waste your money on a high rise Waikiki hotel— this place has everything you need and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location


Great property and location only a couple blocks from Waikiki beach. The only downfall is the pool is being worked on, there’s no hot tub as mentioned under amenities and you have to pay a deposit (no big deal) to play pool and golf. The tennis courts and shuffleboard are shut down as well. The property fit my family of 5’s needs. It has several different cooking utensils and the bbq grills on location are great. Edna was very attentive and responsive with any questions/needs. The check in process takes a bit to find the correct lockbox due to there being so many. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home


We felt comfortable the second we entered the condominium. We needed help with the keys and Edna answered my phone call on the second ring. We were able to get the keys within 5 minutes. Edna’s detailed instructions were easy to follow. She also gave us a list of activities near by. We especially enjoyed the box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts. We definitely would like return again to her place soon.

Amazing location, great hosts


Location was superb and communication was awesome. Right in the middle of everything with free parking! Pool was drained while we were there so that was a bummer. Room was clean and well equipped-would definitely stay again & recommend to others!

Perfect!!


What a wonderful condo. We stayed two days here and it was perfect. The condo is clean and roomy.. we didn’t rent a car because we have been to Oahu before but wanted to do some things that we enjoyed before. The bus stop is right out front!!! The International Market is so close you can walk and just a two block walk to the Famous Wakkii Beach. Edna is the condo owner and she is awesome!!! We wanted to go to Aloha Stadium for sovereign shopping and she supplied a cart to get our treasures home. At night we sat on the Lanai and watched the city lights. We would recommend this property
